Help! The product I ordered is defective.

We try our best to source only the highest quality products but if for some reason your order does not function properly contact us at thegirls@unboundbox.com and we ship you a replacement at our expense

Help! The product I ordered isn’t defective, but I’m less than satisfied .

Though we try to help our customers find products they’ll love, sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit. If you’re less than satisfied with your order contact us at thegirls@unboundbox.com and we’ll issue you store credit in the amount of your purchase. If the packaging hasn’t been opened, and you wish to return an item to us we will mail you a shipping label at our expense.

Help! The product that I ordered doesn’t fit!

While we try to provide accurate sizing information for our customers, sometimes the unique shape of bodies means that pieces don’t fit all women the same way. If a piece you’ve ordered appears too small or large, email thegirls@unboundbox.com and we will mail you a return label for the original garment (must be unworn) and an d an item of a more suitable size at our expense
