No. If you wish to return an item simply send us an email at email@example.com explaining the reason for the return and we will mail you a postage-paid return label free of charge to return the item or use the returns form at the bottom of this page.
For items that defective or broken or items that do not fit as advertised we offer full refunds. For all other returns we offer store credit.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and depending on the case we will either offer credits or exchanges to make things right. However, if you need a refund you need to contact our affiliates directly.
We try our best to source only the highest quality products but if for some reason your order does not function properly contact us at email@example.com and we’ll ship you a replacement at our expense.
Though we try to help our customers find products they’ll love, sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit. If you’re less than satisfied with your order contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll issue you store credit in the amount of your purchase. If the packaging hasn’t been opened, and you wish to return an item to us we will mail you a shipping label at our expense.
We try to provide accurate sizing information on all of our lingerie but we understand that every body is different and sometimes different sizes don’t always fit the way we expect. For robes, babydolls, and bras, if you leave the tags on the item we will mail you a return label free of charge and ship you a new item in a better size. In the case of panties, rompers, bodysuits and tights we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons but will still offer to ship you the item in a different size.
