Buying stuff online can be scary. Will it fit right? What if I don't like it? How do I know it will be high quality?
Every experience you have with Unbound should be a great one, and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.
Here's how we go about handling returns:
If something brakes, email email@example.com and you will receive a replacement at no cost to you.
If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product. However, if you shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we can issue you store credit or exchange a size for you to make things right.
And if you're still not sure, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
