How does Unbound curate the subscription box?

Every item we feature in our curated boxes and on our site has been selected through our robust, four step curation process. Once we have identified quality items we believe it, we try to select a subset for each quarterly box that can be unified around a cohesive theme or experience.

What if I don’t like something in the box?

We take our customer feedback seriously. If an item doesn’t work for you we are happy to manage returns for store credit- see our Return Policy FAQ. We believe in making this very personal shopping experience a positive one for women

Would it be less expensive if I just bought the items in the box on my own?

We work with our vendors to ensure we can curate items at the lowest possible price for our subscribers. Our boxes typically have a value of over $100+

When will I be charged for my subscription?

When you first sign up you'll be charged for your first box. Thereafter, we charge the 1st of the month before your box goes out each quarter.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, any time. Simply log into your account and select the pause or cancel option

Will I know what’s in each box in advance?

Yes. We send out an email a week before so that if you aren't feeling what's in the box you can always pause or cancel your subscription
